She wants to have an actual conversation, but she's also hurt. In pain that she stole the life of her best friend, due to the influence of those two gods who are off doing who knows what; she turned Elena into a vampire. And while she's always been a hopeful person, and could've gone to Hope, you win the lottery for who the god she approaches with...whatever the hell she wants to say. She thinks she knows, but waits for an appearance. ]
[Tranquility - unsurprisingly - doesn't seem at all bothered by her irritation. It's like he's been there the whole time, maybe just to one side so she didn't notice - except of course there was nothing there before. He smiles in hello.]
[ She's not sure what she was expecting, prior to his appearance, but Caroline takes a deep breath to try to steady the agitation. It shouldn't be aimed at him, not really. Plus, he seems like he could be frighteningly normal, too, even if the human form isn't his true one. ]
Do other people ever come visit you to lodge what's essentially a complaint against what the other gods do? Because, I'm that person today. [ A long beat. Speaking with him, a real life person, she realizes how little she actually knows about the gods. Her tone slightly softens, but she can't smile. Not yet. ] Are you, like, omniscient? [ Do you know the horror she's committed of late? Does she need to say it aloud? She will, actually, but this specification of his makeup is a clarification she needs. ]
I mean, yeah. People really like to complain. I'm not the boss of the other gods, though, you know?
[Which is to say, people can complain all they want but that doesn't mean anything will ever come of it. Especially since Tranquility likes staying neutral.]

[ She pauses, suddenly uncomfortable with a flicker of suggestion within herself to admit what she did to Elena. She hasn't even said it aloud, hasn't had anyone to say it to. ] With a name like yours, you must be focused on balance though, right? Or am I thinking wrong. Because, and I know I'm assuming, but I feel like you'd have a problem with people going pretty crazy and hurting each other here.

Her expectations are shaky and uncertain, even to herself. She doesn't exactly have a plan here -- very unusual for Caroline, but it's also totally uncustomary for her to go around turning her best friends into vampires. ]
You guys can't be chill all the time. The others need power too - I get that. I mean, it sucks for all of you, but it's what we have to do. If we were constantly fighting over which of us got to influence you, we'd all be dead by now.
