Oh, that's an easy one. Music. It's the only thing that brings me back to my senses. It's the only thing that makes sense when everything else doesn't. When I lost my hand in Haven, that was one of the things I was most upset about. That I couldn't play my guitar anymore when things got bad. Playing is the best but just singing or even listening to something always helps calm my nerves.
