some bridges can span up to several miles and if supported right on their own you wont have to worry about keeping them standing. not like youd be worrying about as much traffic as a densely populated city crossing over.
swimming long distances isnt a personal problem but not everyone here can swim or fly or teleport, so hope you guys have SOMETHING cooked up soon.
worst case scenario and we have to book it to one of those other two places sorrow mentioned... is there any plan to accommodate the weather conditions on the frozen planet? some way to shield the city from the subzero temperature or something? would like to check out those embassies sometime but naturally people are going to prefer focusing on not becoming popsicles first.
We're not planning to let you all freeze to death, if that's what you mean. It wouldn't be super comfortable, but honestly none of the options are for you guys.
and how would you do that? make a bubble? add heating to the buildings? something like that? honestly it isnt a problem for me and a few others - personally the snow would be nice after that sunny desert bullshit. but most arent as tolerant to the cold.
[Welp, looks like that'll have to do. It'll also be comforting to hear that her dadbot isn't going to get his circuits frozen, too. Poor guy's spent so much time in a post-apocalyptic wasteland, who knows how the cold is going to affect his wirings.]
july 1st.

some people dont like being that close to the water, let alone navigate it.

[Her dadbot, for example. She's not worried or anything. Not at all.]
speaking of which, this isnt even a permanent setup, right? we'll be moving onto somewhere else eventually?

And yeah, I think that's the plan. Unless we somehow figure out a way to fix all our problems while we're here.
